The Cycling Scholars Foundation (CSF) is the social impact arm of HERizon Africa, dedicated to advancing education through the power of cycling. CSF leverages a unique fundraising model driven by cycling expeditions to support academic opportunities across the continent.

To kick off our Pan-African conference on a high-energy note, the Cycling Scholars Adventure is open to delegates who crave adrenaline-fueled experiences, enjoy exploring new terrains, and value health, fitness, and community impact. Participation goes beyond the thrill, all proceeds from the expedition directly support educational initiatives.

Our ultimate goal is to foster sustainable educational impact by leveling up the academic playing field for everyone.

As the crown event of the HERizon Africa Summit, the Honorary Gala Ceremony is an exclusive celebration dedicated to recognizing exceptional women across the continent and in the diaspora. This elegant, women-focused evening brings together First Ladies, female policymakers, C-suite executives, innovators, philanthropists, creatives, and social change leaders alongside select male allies invited in support roles.

The Gala honors women who are redefining leadership and impact in governance, business, technology, culture, education, health, climate action, and community development. Each recognition celebrates not only individual excellence but also collective progress toward gender equity and Africa’s transformational agenda.

With powerful tributes, storytelling, live performances, and curated awards, the Ceremony provides a platform to:

  • Spotlight groundbreaking African women
  • Celebrate intergenerational leadership
  • Elevate role models for younger women and girls
  • Mobilize commitments toward a more inclusive future.

Globally renowned publication of the HERizon Africa Network, known for its coverage of the power, progress, and possibilities shaped by African women across the continent and the diaspora.

The magazine features two signature highlights: Africa’s Frontline Women – Power brokers leading change across the continent  and 35 Under 35 Merit List, which honors Africa’s boldest young women of impact under 35.

HERizon Africa Magazine is set to make its debut in March 2026.

As part of the HERizon Africa Summit, the Host Country Tour offers delegates an immersive cultural and socio-economic experience of the summit’s host nation. Designed exclusively for women leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and changemakers in attendance, the tour provides a unique opportunity to explore the country’s heritage, innovation spaces, and development initiatives through a gender-focused lens.

On the day of the summit, we will recognize and celebrate 35 Most Promising Female Entrepreneurs Under 35 in Africa. These outstanding women will be honored for their remarkable entrepreneurial pursuits and innovative contributions. Additionally, our annual listing of these trailblazers will be featured in a special magazine, which will be officially launched during the event.
As a signature feature of the HERizon Africa Summit, the Arts, Exhibition & Auctioning Showcase will make enormous room to celebrate the wild creativity, heritage, and economic power of women across the continent. This curated experience will feature: Women-Centered Artistry, Exhibitions of Enterprise & Innovation, Impact Auction, Cultural Diplomacy & Networking.

As part of the Summit’s legacy agenda, the Project Launch & MoU Signing Ceremony will serve as a strategic platform for unveiling high-impact initiatives and formalizing partnerships that advance women’s leadership, innovation, and socio-economic development across Africa. Chief among these will be the HERizon Africa Index.
