With over 8 years of academic and professional experience, Lisa has developed a deep interest in Risk Management, focusing on risk analysis and quantitative risk assessment. She is not only a professional in the finance sector but also an advocate for youth empowerment and gender equality. She is deeply committed to fostering inclusion and diversity, as evidenced by her involvement in founding the Women in Finance and Investment Network in Botswana and Kenya, where she has hosted webinars and training sessions to encourage the participation of women in the finance industry.
